Since Thanksgiving is approaching lets start thinking about all that we are grateful for

Practice gratitude

Find one simple thing you are grateful for, and write it down, stop, and really think about that one simple thing, and hold that thought. Enjoying the simple things in life is necessary in our everyday living. If we enjoy the simple things sooner or later you will become so custom to enjoying every little thing life has to offer, it honestly becomes a habit in living graciously. Choosing to live from a place of gratitude brings peace to your life. So keep a journal, and try to start off with that one simple person, place or thing to be thankful for. And don't forget to set aside time each day to keep growing your list of gratitude.
